If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will accept a return for 30 days! Returns shouldn't be a hassle nor should placing your order, we want to make this as easy as we can for you.
We will only accept a return if a Return Authorization Number (RAN) has been issued and the product is returned in the original unopened manufacturer's packaging. Refunds are available within 30 days, after that period you will receive in store credit. All orders returned after the initial 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Please contact us if you wish to return any products. Items must be brand new (never used), with all manufacturer's packaging. We will issue you an Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions on how return the products.
Custom orders, personalized items, are not eligible for cash or credit card return. If you have any questions about an item's return possibilities, please call our Customer Service.
If you are returning an item within the 30-day window, we'll credit your account within 14 business days, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
Please do not send items to the manufacturer; we take care of everything.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements.
Exchanges ship at no cost to you: simply print and attach the label provided.
After creating your return label for an exchange, please submit a new order for the replacement item. You will be charged for the replacement item, but after we receive your exchanged item, we'll refund your original payment method. If we do not receive your exchanged item, you will not receive a refund. To ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible, we'll ship out the replacement before we receive your exchanged item.
Items must be in new, unused condition, except for Playability items. All parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
